Mark joined the business in 2002 having graduated from Trinity College with a Business Management and Accounting degree. He took over as Managing Director in 2008. Since then he has used his extensive experience and knowledge of the Irish Seafood industry to build and develop the company.
John has been with the business for over 19 years having spent the previous 10 years working in a variety of operational and technical roles within the fresh and frozen food sectors. John holds a degree in Agricultural Science and is responsible for ensuring all orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
